PIP is about how any long term health conditions affect your ability to do specified activities on the majority of days.

Hi and welcome
PIP is about how your condition affects you and your ability to do daily tasks
Its not about a certain diagnosis so it is immpossible for us to say if you qualify as we don't know you
Have a look online at the descriptors or in our PIP section to see what they assess you against

Hi @Trevem1965
Good luck with your PIP claim if you decide to pursue it. Also, I hope your return to work goes smoothly. I'm not sure if you're aware of reasonable adjustments but these are changes employers can make to enable disabled people to work. Examples of reasonable adjustments include having adapted equipment in-situ or changes to your role. You can visit Scope's reasonable adjustments at work webpage for more details on how to explore this if you like.
I hope your Crohn's pancolitis flare eases and please let us know if you ever have any further questions.0 -
