Hello @debsybel123 and welcome to the community.
I'm sorry for your losses, it sounds like you've been through an awful lot. Have you received any support following the passing of your loved ones? As mentioned above, Cruse might be a good place to explore ways in which you might be able to get help with your grief. Likewise, you can find support through the NHS.
Did you also explore the possibility of making a complaint if you weren't happy with the way your brother was treated in hospital?
These experiences seem to have had an impact on your mental health, understandably, you've been through a lot. Is your GP aware of what you have been going through and have you accessed support for your mental health from anywhere? You might find some useful information on the Mind website
Regarding your back and hips, are the difficulties you're experiencing there impacting your mobility? Are you able to effectively carry out daily activities and do you receive support to manage those things?
Your discussion is in the coffee lounge yes, but would I be right in thinking that you want this discussion to be deleted? That is what you imply in the comment above. Let us know and we can help with that if that's what you want0 -
Hi @debsybel123
How are you getting on? Have you had a chance to look at Ross' comment?
