How long does it normally take after a work capability assessment to hear back about the outcome?

Did you need to visit your work coach while waiting for a decision or supply further fit notes?

You need to continue to send fit notes until a decision is made on your WCA. If there's any gaps in your fit notes then it can affect when the LCWRA element is paid from if placed into this group.

Nobody asked for anymore fit notes and no contact with work coach or jobcentre after ten weeks of waiting after wca

For the work capability assessment decision once the report is returned it can be anything up to 12 weeks. However, if you have access to a journal then some have decisions within a week, others a few weeks and some several. It really depends on each individual case.
