Good morning,
I have noticed today that less than half our usual esa us been paid in. We’re in the support group and have had no communication from them and it also said jsa beside it. Any one had any issues like this. I’m calling them now but it’s taking ages to get through to them

Welcome, I commented on the information you posted on the other thread, bear in mind it sometimes can take anywhere up to an hour to get through, so bear with it.
