so I put my first sick note in on 26/02/20 and have constantly notified them with every note since.
I had my original assessment at the end of June 2020 but heard nothing back from it for a good few months till I eventually rang them up for an update. I was told that my assessment was unsuccessful and would need a face to face appointment. Again I waited months to hear back from them until I decided to call them again in February this year. I was just told again I needed a face to face but was told that they were unsure when that would be. I asked them is it because I hadn’t sent drs notes in when I sent questionnaire in and was told yes. This is because it was at beginning of first lockdown and getting through to gp surgery was impossible. So rather than send questionnaire in late I sent it without my medical records. Not once did I get any feedback from them regarding this, it took for me to ask them.... any way I emailed them my notes in feb and had new phone assessment last week. Can anyone give advice as to weather back pay will go from receiving drs notes or from giving original sick note in please?
Thanks

Hi there
You will only get any additional payment if you are awarded lcwra
It should he back dated to 3 full assessment periods after you reported a medical condition and supplied a fit note
So from your info above from approx July you would get paid0
