Universal credit sent me a link to upload documents for the bill. It's been over a month no one replied to my messages on my journal. My building insurance was to pay beginning of this month and probably a fine for £30 is added to .... universal credit is aware if this. I have been chasing this matter for over a month now. Some please help

I'd rang universal credit to find out what's going on this was one week ago . The lady said they are looking into your documents now. How weird still no sign of reply from them on my journal. It's states in my account universal journal someone will respond mon-fri between 8-5pm. It's between over a month no reply??

A Decision Maker has to look at your documents and decide whether any of the charges are allowable. As woodbine says, building insurance is not an allowable service charge. See
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/969171/admf2.pdf
Paragraph F2076, item 17.
For items that are allowable they will be averaged out over 12 months even if you pay them annually.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.
