Why I would receive a call from pip to see if all medical & contact info was upto date?

Hi not sure what happened to my post I'm new to this I may if posted and deleted lol ...it was just a query into why I would receive a call from pip to see if all medical & contact info was upto date , I put a mandatory reconsideration in around 8 weeks ago for my partner so was wondering if this meant i would hear something soon0

Hi @jld2021 - & welcome to this online community. I think all you can infer is just what the call meant, that the DWP were just ensuring that they'd received all the info you intended sending. Hopefully you will hear soon, but a decision can take time unfortunately.
