Hi Guys,
my name is Jon and I’m campaigning for rights at my workplace the "Removed by moderator, reference to specific workplace)
I have been treated very badly and bullied due to my disability, I was forced to walk around the office in a loop to take my breaks …people refused to sit next to me, I was not allowed in the team WhatsApp group, and refused training on my specialist equipment (I have a broken neck).
I am trying to raise awareness and fighting a tribunal to take them to task l. Could I ask you to just share my link?….its publicity I’m after more than money.

My full story is a horror story and caused me to have a nervous breakdown.

I think you need to give us a SHORT outline about what happened to you. Otherwise we have no idea what is going on.

Hello @DvlaJon and welcome to the community, I'm glad you've joined us.
I'm sorry to hear about what you've been through, it sounds horrific and must have had an impact on your well-being. Have you been able to find work elsewhere?
Just to let you know, I have removed your link from the post, we don't allow that sort of thing on the community even though I don't doubt your sincerity when you say you are after publicity more than money. Our community guidelines stipulate what we do and don't allow.
I have also removed references in your post to your specific workplace, and I was wondering if you would mind me altering your username to remove that as well. We're happy for you to share your story, but it's always best to leave such specifics out in a situation like this when you're sharing details on an online public forum.
You mentioned that the situation caused you to have a nervous breakdown, I'm sorry to read that. Have you sought any support from your GP to help you recover from the events you went through? Did you speak with them about your mental health?Online Community CoordinatorConcerned about another member's safety or wellbeing? Flag your concerns with us.

Hi!, yes of course.
I joined a new team and have a specialist hydraulic desk, I asked to be shown how to use it and I was refused, causing my metal in my neck to move. I had a breakdown and ended up in hospital. When I returned the team secretly refused to sit next to me in case I was dangerous as I was admitted for mental health. For the same reason I was not allowed in the team work WhatsApp group, and because the team objected to my 10 minute breaks I was forced to walk around the office in a loop like a zoo animal…oh and then stalked my fb made up lies etc…

I hope you have been able to resolve some of these awful issues now/
