Remaining politically neutral during General Election 2024
Under guidance from the Electoral Commission and Charity Commission, it's important that Scope remains politically neutral during General Elections.
While we understand that this period will see many passionate discussions and do not want to discourage open discussion, we cannot allow discussions which are purely intended to influence voting.
As ever, please make sure that your comments remain respectful of other people's opinions and keep to our online community house rules.

skipped breakfast sugars dropped so had juice before dog walk. Needed more juice on dog walk. And was feeling better. Had a dry cracker with cheese for lunch

not eaten yet. But must coZ sugars are dropping. But my tummy ache is getting worse. Email from doc says it could be my muscle wastage but it’s probably due to the very high doze vitamin D. So without his say so I’m dropping from 4000mg to 2000mg. The tummy pain is to bad.
Probably just have juice to boost sugars. -
That sounds tough @Ada, hope you get some relief from the tummy ache soon ❤️ Please try to talk to your doctor if you're changing your dose, they need to know these things to keep you safe!
