I had coffee for breakfast, and a few slices of cheese for lunch. My tablets have affected my hunger (temporarily) but hopefully that will pass in a few days ๐

Just ate pasta, tinned tomatoes, and cannellini beans. I find plain food is adequate enough if plenty of black pepper is added.

toast for breakfast and vegetable stew with chickpea for lunch with wedges. I was supposed to get beef stew with chips for lunch. I couldn't eat the stew as I can't have chickpeas so just had wedges and ice cream
