Had my normal cereal for breakfast.
Lovely piece of fruit cake we brought from the shops, with my coffee for lunch time, had a visit from our eldest son so would be rude not to offer cake ha ha x0 -
For Breakfast I half a beans sausage and cheese on toast. For lunch I think I am going to have a subway salad.0

Porridge Oats (with maca, lions mane, cacao, chia & pea powder) for brekkie (like every morning)
Cathedral city VEGAN cheese, Hellman’s vegan Mayo with tomatoes on whole meal bread with fruit & juice for lunch
