    Breakfast I had a full English breakfast from M&S which can go in the microwave. For lunch I'm having a wrap.

    I'm not feeling very well so I just had toast for breakfast. For lunch I'm having a cous cous salad and I have some edonmme beans so I might sprinkle some of that over my salad.

    For breakfast I had poached eggs and for lunch I'm having tomato soup and sourdough bread  with a sprinkle of cheese on top for lunch.
