    No particular order, I'm going for -

    a Sweet Potato Rosti
    a Ricotta Hotcake
    some Sweet potato Fritters
    and a Spiced Apple Flan 

    I just need to find the Kitchen :)

    Had a full knee replacement five weeks ago.  When I get out of bed I’ll probably have one weetabix, with fruit and a spoonful of honey Greek yoghurt.  But still waiting for hubby to bring me a cuppa in bed.
