a Sweet Potato Rosti

some Sweet potato Fritters
and a Spiced Apple Flan

My son did breakfast, sausage scrambled eggs mushrooms and a tomatoe.1

Had a full knee replacement five weeks ago. When I get out of bed I’ll probably have one weetabix, with fruit and a spoonful of honey Greek yoghurt. But still waiting for hubby to bring me a cuppa in bed.1
