    Vegetable rice and curry with fried egg. A strange breakfast I know and just  the remainder of the rice, vegetables and curry but without the egg. It was using Bisto curry sauce mix and my own spices 😋

    Breakfast I had  Granola, Greek yogurt and maypole syrup and for lunch I'm having a pasta salad with a fruit pot.

    For breakfast I had porridge and for lunch I had a king prawn, sushi, edoormmie bean and noodle box all from M&S.

    An potato and chorizo hash for breakfast with a poached egg and  for lunch I'm having a cheese and bean toastie and a pot of tea from Costa's.

    Didn’t get up till 6:30 so I ended up with a piece of fruit cake while I was driving to work. Come home and I’m aching so I’ve had a chocolate bar. I know it’s bad and I’ve done a bit of shopping today so I’ll try and have a proper tea. You all put me to shame x
