This thread got me thinking. And realised I've not had breakfast for 30 years and lunch for 5 ... most days I'd be happy with a pill for tea if there was one. I'm not sure how I maintain my 11 and a half stone ... my GP is right, I'm a medical mystery0

Technically was having breakfast - just 12 hours late
I am eating one good meal a day now and plenty of vitamins0
