for breakfast I had granola and yogurt with berries for lunch we had picky bits with bread, dips meats, cheese and salad

I don't always eat breakfast. But since my GP put me on meds that I must take with food, I've started having toast in the morning with my cup of tea. I only really eat one meal a day around 3pm and have done that for years. I can't understand how some people can eat 3 or 4 meals a day!

oh, it's been a while since I had black pudding. When I lived in Glasgow one of my favourite breakfasts was a local cafe did "Eggs Stornoway". Like Eggs benedict but instead of ham, it was a slice of black pudding.
