Fear of PIP being reduced

Hi,
I received my PIP decision yesterday. 13 points for daily living and 10 points for mobility on the moving around descriptor. Very pleased with the award but no points have been given for the planning a journey descriptor, although I have provided sufficient evidence to satisfy this descriptor for at least 4 points to give me the enhanced rate of mobility as well as daily living.
Im thinking about doing an MR, is it heard of that they can ever reduce an award at MR rather than increase? I have sufficient evidence to prove the points I have been awarded but it’s just a fear in the back of my mind that they will reduce the award.
Any help or advice would be very much appreciated.
Thanks.
