Hi, I'm a newbie. Husband is now on esa support group and his money has gone up to £114.10 pw, for a year. I'm working full time. We're both over 60. We've never claimed anything before and it's a minefield. We rent from h. a. We've no savings. Would we be eligible for rent reduction at least, or council tax help. He applied for PIP, but that was weeks ago and not heard anything. Are we entitled to any other assistance. TIA
