Hi, I'm PAM. When will I receive my first LCWRA payment?

I'm confused. 1st time claiming benefits. My 1st fitnote was 1/4/2021. Universal credit awarded me lcwra. Got a message today saying my payments will not increase until September after a period of 13 weeks or 3 months. They'll say my claim from the 1st of April so Surely that would mean my payment should go up July?

Hello @PAF and welcome to our community. Apologies for the delay in getting back to you, how are you keeping?Would you be able to tell us the dates of your assessment period? LCWRA begins after 3 full assessment periods and then you'll receive payment at the end of the fourth. So if we can have those dates, we can help work out whether Universal Credit (UC) are correct.
Just to let you know, I've moved your thread to our UC category and amended the title to make it more visible to our other members. Take care and speak again soon.0
