I ve Been Newly diagnosed with Autisum. How will it effect my EsA claim once I tell them?

Have been on pip and ESA for a while due to Mental Health and Today I've Been digisnosed over phone as having Autisum today. Waiting on  the documents to confirm this. How will it effect my EsA claim once I tell them

    A diagnosis makes not difference. ESA (and PIP) are awarded based on how your health condition affects you, not what it is. Different people with autism will be affected differently. There is no need to tell ESA about your diagnosis.
