Hi @blue63 It's nice to hear from you
I'm sorry you're family is dealing with so much at the moment. First of all, how are you coping? Being both mum and carer can be difficult so don't overlook your own needs throughout this.
In relation to your son, is the health assessment form you've received, a UC50 form? And, what support is he getting to help with his autism and health anxiety? Is the GP involved?
While, as your daughter had her medication stopped, I'd suggest contacting your GP so they can review this and give advice about how to get a re-referral to CAMHS. Also, does she have a support worker or social worker? Has a referral ever been made to children's services? (Apologies for all the questions, it's just so I can get a better idea of where you're at).
EHCP wise, Scope have some advice pages about how to go about navigating this process. Plus, Irwin Mitchell have a Youtube video explaining more about EHCP's that could be handy.
If you'd prefer to speak to someone about getting an EHCP, you can contact the following specialist Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) organisations:- IPSEA who have a free advice line through which you can book a 30 minute appointment to speak with an advisor.
