Hu there
They have probably crossed in the post or been recieved but not scanned onto the system
Try calling today they do open on Saturday now -
@janer1967 hi I did try phoning but alas it is closed till 9 am Monday morning and thanks for the input .
-
It's not receiving them at the postal handling site in Wolverhampton that matters it's getting them scanned into the system, one reason why I always advise sending them at least 10 days before the due date, as above all you can do is phone them on Monday at 9a.m before they get too busy.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

Have you been able to give them a call this morning @Swatteam?
-
OK UPDATE just been on the phone they said it is a generated letter that goes out to ppl when they haven't received a reply .They also said it was taking upto 4 weeks for them to scan everything so after phone call I got a text saying You have asked us to look at our recent pip decision again etc as a guide you should hear from us within 10 weeks.
Which is probably a generic text. But thank @woodbine and @Tori_Scope -
Thanks for the update
So I guess you have still got to wait before any payments are reinstated -
@janer1967 Looks like it except when they stopped last time done Mr then I appealed it won that got backdated payment. That made my pension credit go down but I never got a back payment when it was reduced ( I was a bit slow there). They don't care about us the knock on affect etc.

Update I received a phone call from pip yesterday, they have reinstated my pip they recieved the forms on the 16th July. I sent mine 20th June. So I will wait patiently. Pointless getting stressed at this stage.
