Feeling cold is odd, I tend to get get really hot myself. Uncontrollable shakes/shivers and throat closing up are fairly standard panic symptoms though which I experience on a near daily basis myself now.
I guess one way to know if it's a panic attack is the circumstance in which it's occurring...is it just after an anxiety trigger or happening totally out of the blue for example?
Usual disclaimer that you should talk to your GP about any new symptoms...though we all know they'll just write it off as anxiety in the first instance anyway. -
Hi @Awesomelorenzo - as mentioned above, this is something best discussed with your GP; they will be able to work out whether your symptoms may be due to panic attacks, or not.

Mind do list feeling very hot or very cold as possible symptoms of having a panic attack, so it's not impossible @Awesomelorenzo. As the others have said, it's worth going to see your GP to get it checked out either way. Is your GP aware that you experience panic attacks, if this is something you've experienced before?
