For ESA are you in the WRAG or Support Group? If already in Support Group you cannot increase your award.
What components of PIP do you receive? PIP is all about scoring points based on your ability to carry out the prescribed activities to the required standard. Could the change in your difficulties score you extra points and if so would these be sufficient to change the award. Any notification of a change of circumstances will result in a complete new assessment.

I get £230 per fortnight Esa and then i get £320 per month i am in a support group but what does that mean because dont actually have any support from Esa or Dla so what does i mean.

Being in the Support Group simply means that you get extra money in your ESA. You say £230/fortnight - is this actually £228.20/fortnight in which case it sounds like a contribution based award. If it is new style ESA this is the maximum you can get. If it is the old type of ESA it is possible you could have an additional income based entitlement depending on your household circumstances and provided your household does not have savings over £16,000.
You said PIP in opening post, you have now said DLA, which is it. Either is paid 4 weekly, not monthly, so I will take the you £320 as a four weekly amount but I can’t match that to any combination of components, do you know what rates you get or can you give an exact figure.

HI I get the middle rate for PiP paid monthy £320.
And the Esa paid forthnightly x 2 per month.
We dont have any Savings at all.0 -
This is still confusing as there are only 2 rates for PIP, i.e. standard & enhanced.

As noted previously PIP is not paid monthly, it is paid every 4 weeks and £80/week does not correspond to any combination of components.
You say ‘we’ so I infer you are part of a couple. Does your partner receive any benefits?
You could try a benefits calculator to see if there is any means tested entitlement.

In respect of PIP if you are not getting the maximum amount then before considering you might be able to get a higher award you need to fully understand how PIP is assessed
