PIP Assessment by phone

Hi folks ,, i received a text message from PIP today. My phone assessment will be on Monday 16th August. So that's 14 weeks 3 days since they acknowledged receiving my How my Disability affects me form. I'm already feeling very anxious about the phone assessment. Could anyone give me any info about it and how do i prepare ? TIA
