in July 2020 i applied for pip i got turned down so in the end it went to tribunal i won the case in April 2021 . My payments stop in October 2021 so i have renewed my application sent that off over a month ago i sent my medical documentation last week. i got the letter today to say they cant award me pip as they didn't receive my further information in time. it plainly states on the application form you can send documentation at a later date.. does this mean i have to go through all that tribunal stuff again.. the stress nearly finished me off.

Possibly a processing delay has meant that your completed form has not been logged on the system in time so an automatically generated letter has gone out. There is not obligation to send any supporting documentation so getting that late cannot be treason for refusal.
May be worth ringing them to confirming to them when you sent the health form itself back and whether the claim indefinitely closed.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.
