Hi,
Just looking for some advice.
I have been on limited capability for work since 2017, and just wanted to ask what the qualifying criteria for lcwra was. I have never been asked to do any kind of preparation for work before, but just wanted to know whether i could potentially be moved from lcw to lcwra.
I have many problems which affect my ability to work, the main ones being, extreme gad (highly symptomatic), with agarophobia and extreme social anxiety. I have tried years of therapy and several medications to no avail. I am unable to leave my home without severe panic attacks and derealization, with the same effects when it comes to socialising with anyone other than my parents or 4 siblings .

@calcotti. Thank you for that. I think I would qualify for lcwra for the social engagement component, somthing i cannot do without severe distress. Would i need to put in a claim for change in circumstances?, as my conditions got alot more severe in 2018 after i had been awarded lcw. Also would u know whether being able to engage with my parents and siblings affect the qualifying criteria?, for the social engagement criteria. Thank you0

You need to report a change of circumstances due to a deterioration in your health through your UC journal. This should prompt a new assessment.
