Become the next generation of climate justice leaders with this new programme
Are you, or do you know any young people who are, aged between 16 and 30 years old and identify as disabled, working-class, and/or BAME – and want to make a change in the world through campaigning?
Climate.Youth.Society. is a brand new programme by Friends of the Earth. It is a year-long programme looking to inspire the next generation of climate justice leaders.
The programme joins the young person up with an experienced campaigning mentor to help them along their campaigning journey, and is designed to give participants all the tools, theories and support they need to run their own campaigns.
The programme is completely free and will be taking place online. All sessions will be close captioned, and transcribed for ease of accessibility.
Applications are open and applicants will be accepted on a rolling basis until 1st September. Email Hiba Ahmad on hiba.ahmad@foe.co.uk to indicate interest and she will follow up with more information.
You can find the application form here, along with the diversity and equality form here.
