Super anxious about PIP MR

I know it's just a waiting game and it looks positive by what I've told with the question the case manager asked when she rang Friday about my pip mr but my god since then am beyond anxious and worried. Just keep thinking it's going to be a no. I had to go tribunal last time. I won't do it this time.  She had said she hadn't made a decision but ask if I was in jail or been aboard or looking for work. What was I appealing which I said that I'd sent them a letter and going out was one as my anxiety was throught the roof. She asked simple question but when I answered it was a ok. I don't know wasn't a long called. She said I'd get a decision next week. But all I keep thinking is it's going to be a no. Literally making me feel sick to my stomachs and keeping me awake. I don't even know what I want from this post. X

@woodbine thank you very much. Am just trying to be positive that the question and the fact they rang can be a positive. Surely if it was a no they would have just wrote that. Going to try and relax. Think I'll definitely ring on Monday first thing. Will let you all know how it goes.

    Hello @Alicia89

Thanks for letting us know about your situation, I do hope it goes well and you get the outcome you want.

Do you have any coping techniques in place to manage your anxiety? Do you receive support from your GP to manage it?

@Ross_Scope thank you. I hope so to. I am medication which they have recently changed. Am also under a therapy but they had to change that to give me more support. I've been trying to keep busy as best as I can and trying to be distracted. Just will have to ring them Tomz to put my mind at rest.

Hi all. Just wanted to post a update. I had my tribunal at 10 today. They were so lovely and understanding. I had sent in a lot of evidence including pics of how my day to day life is affected including the cleaning of my house etc. They asked questions but we're really understanding. In the end they said they would write to me. I literally had a call about 10mins ago from the clerk to say that I was awarded standard on both for the next 3 years. They told her to ring as they were worried I'd be worrying over the weekend. Am sooo relieve that they understood and saw how much I've been struggling even with the kids.  Thanks everyone for advice on here.
