Issues on my pip report

Hi all!
I got my pip report back some time ago and decided to re read it today. There are a few tiny discrepancies and I am just wondering if anyone knows if this will make a massive problem.
To give some context, I have NEAD (non epileptic attack disorder) I was very honest from the beginning because I didn't want to be caught up in a web of lies and said I only have seizures 1-2 times a month, which I know will not get me anything for PIP. I also have other mental disorders which is why I applied. The nurse said I've only had one seizure out and about beforehand and in the next sentence named at least three times that I gave her where I had seizures out and about. In my head I know that my seizures would not have meant getting PIP at all so I'm not sure this would actually cause an issue. I am just very glad there was one small discrepancy on the form.

wow thanks that's amazing! Yes I've written a list of things I need to add just because of things I generally missed at the assessment because I was very very stressed which should help in the long run. Would I need to send a new form in? as these are only anecdotal pieces of evidence.
She was also very clear that I cannot talk properly, have massive memory issues and have injured myself in the past from seizures.0
