Platonic relationships vs friendships

Let me tell you something Tori_Scope when it comes to platonic relationships and unrequited feelings one can ask
"Should I like the person I'm with as a friend or love interest?" "Ally or lover?"
One could say "I might love him/her but I wasn't sure as I'm friends with this person"
Yesterday I claimed to myself that being with my secret crush at present is not worth it and I'm over him. On behalf of my boss and my mum, I need to learn about self-care and self-love just to help improve myself and regain my optimism.
Last year and this year when I'm in lock down my mum feared that I developed self-hatred.
I got confused when my parents tell me off or scolding me and I had to do something to take my mind off things last Thursday, I ate 2 triple chocolate chip cookies and bought a new navy coat from the charity shop. Last Saturday, I ate a vegan pain au chocolat with vanilla from the bakery (my favourite treat) and on Sunday I had 4 chocolate chip shortbread cookies, yesterday I ate 4 shortbread cookies instead of soya ice-cream and soya puddings to drown my misery and to get all wet and weepy.
I've been eating fruit as a snack during break time. What I need to do is go back to the gym and exercise everyday to help improve my mental health.
I'm going to take a nap. Please respond in your spare time.0 -
It's always good to do some self-care activities @chloeknight16071992 Exercise is a good idea, as that can really help to clear your mind.
Are you able to speak to your parents or friends about any negative thoughts you might be having? I'm sorry that you felt a bit weepy the other day, but it's good to let out the emotion rather than hold it in.0 -

Is there something that's stopping you from being able to share that with them @chloeknight16071992? Are you worried about how they might react?0
