I am a paraplegic T5 with paralysed left leg, spinal injuries and right knee ligaments replacement. Life has not been easy but I enjoy learning, emotional support for others and doing things for myself and helping others as well. Am open minded about individuals’ uniqueness and differences as disabilities affects individuals differently.
I am working in a challenging environment where you are rated according to abilities and accent.
At I feel overwhelmed but my motivation is on what I can do and not what others can do. I enjoy debates, public presentations and speaking on social injustice and empowering speaking.
I love gospel music and teaching, DIY tasks and keeping myself busy. I come from a family that’s very diverse in terms of beliefs, understanding of disabilities, unity and love.

Hi @rules It's good to see you around on the community. This is the post I made for you.
Although you work in a challenging environment, do you enjoy your work?
I'm sorry that you're feeling overwhelmed at the moment. Is there anything we can do to help? I think you're on the right track with focussing on the things you can do, rather than comparing yourself to others.
It sounds as though you have lots of interesting hobbies! Have you been working on any DIY projects recently?0 -
welcome to the boards, sounds like you lead a busy full life, sorry if it overwhelms you at times, this is a great place, you'll find some good folks here0
