Reasonable Adjustments

Hello everyone,
I have taken a look at the guidance which Scope has created on their Website but I am finding it not very informative.
I am interested in applying for a job but considering to ask getting the interview questions in advance if successful at the application stage.
Did anyone request this before? What was your experience?
Hope to hear from you all soon!

Hello @WelshDragonTail12
I hope you are well.
Apologies to hear that you didn't find the guidance on the Scope website very helpful, was it this page about adjustments at interviews that you were reading?
Employers should provide reasonable adjustments to candidates at the interview stage, but of course it's up to you to request the adjustments you need. I personally haven't done that specific thing before but I'm sure many employers will be okay with sharing the questions if it's part of a reasonable adjustment for a disabled candidate.Online Community CoordinatorConcerned about another member's safety or wellbeing? Hi there
Having been in recruitment for years yes this has been requested but not always granted it depends on the type of interview the company conduct
Some are situation type which require on spot response as to how you would deal with the situation if it was presented
All you can do is ask them some companies I have worked for allow you to see them for a short time prior eg 30 mind but without any devices to research with -
I’ve seen this reasonable adjustment granted before, however, you will need to keep in mind that not all interviews stick to a script and even if they provide you with the standard set of questions, they may need to ask additional questions to get more information, understanding or clarity, which you wouldn’t of known in advance.
