Has anyone had any luck complaining about the dwp administration procedures ?

Specifically lying that they had not received my UC50 form and they had ., I did get a copy of it last month and it was date stamped 30 December 20 and it’s taken until last month from start to finish ! I sent my complaint about the service on the 5/7/21 and I’m still waiting for an answer !!
