Universal Credit never respond to any questions unless I escalate multiple levels. Anyone else?

Hi all, new on here.
My allocated Universal Credit office do not respond to any questions unless I escalate multiple levels via the central phone line. I have been waiting since June 2021 for a decision of my appeal for backdating payments which was only ever needed due to their own incompetence.
I feel like they seem to enjoy watching me lose my mind, health and life...
Does anyone else have this problem and if so, is there a way to get them to do their job?
I would be happy to do their job and help people properly.

Hi and welcome to the community
When you put a note in your journal mark it as a service or payment issue then a case manager will see it rather than admin0
