Just wanted to say hi0 -
Hello @sun and welcome to the community, how are you today?
I don't have much knowledge in this area, but I have moved your discussion over to our education category so hopefully somebody else will be able to advise. Have you considered contacting IPSEA too?0 -
Hi @sun - & welcome to the community. I'm sorry for the problems you're facing. I suppose the question is, do you think your son has shown any improvement, as you know him best?Scope has some info on EHCPs here: https://www.scope.org.uk/advice-and-support/families-with-disabled-children/education-health-and-care-plan-ehcp/Included there are links to IPSEA, as Ross has just mentioned. This page looks relevant to your situation: https://www.ipsea.org.uk/appealing-to-the-send-tribunal also: https://www.ipsea.org.uk/tribunal-helpline tho you may not be able to get help in time with the latter. Please kindly let us know how you get on, thank you.
