Answers on a postcard
My gp called today to tell me the mri brain scan had shown up white matter that you wouldn't normally expect to see...she said it looked similar to the patterns in people with ms...but they need to investigate further.
I'm now to see a neurologist and a neuroradiologist...I looked up waiting times and it can take up to 18 flippin weeks...I don't have the energy to fret and worry for that long so I won't bother ...so, still none the wiser and could all be nowt.

Hi @Cress if it ain't 1 thing it's another. See what they say when you go. Might be sooner you never know
-
Yeah, could be.
I'd diagnosed myself with psychosomatic cfs....lol
Think I'll stick with that untill told different.
She did say there was nothing cancerous looking, so that's a relief. -
On a small postcard.....sorry something appears to have been found with your MRI scan, which is as yet inconclusive. You're wise not to worry, as that won't change anything. &, as you say it might all be nowt. Does Yorkshire blood run in your veins, as you say, 'nowt?' Sending hugs (even if you don't have Yorkshire blood coursing through your veins), xx

Thanks for the hugs @chiarieds
I'm over the other side...north west.
My son lives in Yorkshire, so I'll have a Yorkshire speaking granddaughter. -
@Cress fingers crossed all is well, SM saw a consultant today about a lump on her tounge they said it needs a small biopsy, but she would have to wait a few weeks, ten minutes after we got back they phoned to arrange to do it next week, they said they hope it's nothing to worry about.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

Yeah, thanks @woodbine
Fingers crossed for sm too...as sandi said, if its not one thing its another...
That was quick, did sm have to wait long to see the consultant? -
@Cress fingers crossed its nothing major and you don't have to wait too long
I love your attitude and humour as others have said worrying won't change anything que sera sera -

I hope all is well with you @Cress, keep calm and post often ?

Mind over matter.
I hope you've got plenty of distractions to keep you occupied for now. -
