Hi @forstgump
Many of our members can give advice based on their experience of telephone assessments. Is there anything in particular that's worrying you about the assessment?
Some people find it helpful to have someone with them when they take the call. Do you think that'd help you to stay calm?
It's also important that your phone is fully charged, and that you have some water or a snack with you in case you need it.
Remember that you can ask them to repeat a question if you need, and take your time in answering their questions.
Did you keep a copy of your form? -
Hi and welcome to the community
If you have a copy of your form then make sure you read what you put
Just answer questions with details not just yes and no.
Have some real life examples of what happens when you try and do the task
Ask if you don't understand the question or if you need them to repeat
Good luck let us know how you get on
