    If the letter is attached to your claim on the system then they are able to read it to you. 

    As myself and poppy have said, we know others have had this done. 
    Yeah that's what I said to him as that's what I was told yesterday off my case worker but he said I had been told wrong and there not allowed . Hopefully letter won't take too long
