Hi, I am new to the forum so just want to say hello and ask for some advice.
My 5 year old granddaughter is a wheelchair user and we are looking to buy an enclosed rain cover for her now winter is coming. The only one I have found is £140 . I just wondered if anyone has found a cheaper one. ?
Or Can recommend where to buy one from, similar to this one. Thanks x

Hello @RoseHorse50
Wishing you a warm welcome to the community, I hope you are well.
The best places to look to get those sorts of things for more affordable prices can be platforms like Facebook, where somebody might be selling a used one.
Scope also have a page that details how you can buy used equipment, which you may find helpful. Below is an extract from that:It’s also worth finding out if products are being given away or recycled. If someone is no longer using equipment, they might be happy to give it or lend it to you for free.
Useful websites for free recycled items include:

Hi @RoseHorse50 - & welcome to the community. I've been looking online & haven't been able to find a similar product. That price does seem a bit steep, unfortunately. I wonder if any of the following might be alternatives.Age 2-6, or 7-10: https://www.abilitysuperstore.com/products/childrens-wheely-cosyJust to add, the model above is for an adult wheelchair, altho the infant & small (not sure if this relates to a child) wheelchair ones are both £125. There is also a VAT exemption form you can complete, which would further reduce the price. Hope some of this may help.0
