Has anybody received a bad assessment report, but still been awarded PIP?

Just a quick question.. Has anybody on this forum received a bad Assessment Report, But the Decision Maker went against it and awarded PIP? Would be interesting to hear if anyone has.. Thankyou.

    My first assessment was not entirely truthful looking at the report, but I was awarded standard rate for both, the assessor stated 18 month award, the DM awarded 30 months...

    Thank you for you’re reply, The Assessor in my case did not award anything at all, I’ve read elsewhere on this forum DM’s don’t always go with the Assessors report, I’m hoping this is the case for me.

    The assessor doesn't award points, they make recommendations. Only a decision maker can award the points. They do mostly go with the report but it has been known for them to go against it.
    Once the decision's been made if you're not happy you can request the Mandatory Reconsideration.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
