Hi! I have CP and pregnant with my first child. I am struggling to find support/advice/help for one armed parenting and looking after my newborn. It would be great if anyone has any advice or support groups that they could share - anything would be much appreciated. Thank you

Hi @KHP2021
Welcome to the community and congratulations on your pregnancy! What areas are you concerned about?0 -
In terms of equipment through research and talking with other parents with CP these are some of the most useful equipment:A lot of being a parent is trial and error. Even more so when we have CP. Your midwife or health visitor should work with you to find solutions that work for you.One group I would suggest is Enabled2Parent. They have a wealth of experience and will work with you and your health professionals.0
