PIP is not based on diagnosis. It is assessed solely on your ability to undertake the specified activities to the required standard. Whether or not your PIP entitlement could change depends on whether the difficulties you experience have changed and, if they have, those changes result in a change to the point score which is sufficient to change the award.
now that you have triggered it you will have to complete the form following which you will have an assessment and then a new decision will be made.
You should complete the form as if you were making a new claim. Do not rely on DWP knowing anything about the basis of your existing award.0 -
Too late for this now but changes like this should never be reported unless you've got expert advice to check that it's possible to score more points for a higher award.

I hope the above reply has been helpful, I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your discussion over to our PIP category and changed the title a bit.
If you have any other questions then don't hesitate to ask.0
