Hello
I am a support worker for a client, who wants to move into his own flat/house. But will need 27/4 full care witch is not a problem as has his own care team. Can anyone give me info on renting private? Gravesend, kent based.
Thank you

Hi and welcome to the community
I'm sorry but we don't have that sort of info
Check out some letting agents or estate agents like right move or zoopla
Also gumtree often has adverts
If your clients income is solely benefits he will struggle to find private rent however not impossible1 -
Hi,
I agree with Janer that if the person claims for help with the rent then finding a landlord that will accept them may not be easy. A lot of landlords will ask for a guarantor and some will want home owner ones.Has the person considered supported housing? This maybe something to look into. https://www.homeless.org.uk/supported-housing-alliance1
