I'm 2020 I first ever gave evidence of my health then in 2021 I had a assessment over the phone then a couple of weeks after that I got a letter saying that I have been awarded limited capability and work related will they backdate it from the 2020 evidence or the 2021 evidence cause it's been over 3 months from the 2020 evidence

It will be backdated to when you told them about your health condition - the letter should tell you the date it has been awarded from. The extra money, the LCWRA element, is payable from four months after that.0
