    You're right, Pip is included but not lcwra as that's part of Universal credit. I should apply for pip. Have you applied for Pip and weren't awarded it?

    PIP isn't taken into consideration when calculating council tax reduction and LCWRA shouldn't be either.
    Whether you qualify for PIP will totally depend on how your conditions affect you against the 12 PIP activities. https://pipinfo.net/
