Hi everyone I'm new to the site and I'm looking for information and maybe validation of what I am looking for.
I am hoping to move to a totally different part of the country and dont know what to do.
Do I have to make a fresh claim for UC or will my benefits go  with me, at present I receive ESA with SDP and I'm in a group it's not contribution. I also claim full  housing benefit, full council tax and  my PIP with enhanced disability & full mobility. Will I have to go through the whole procedure again.

Any information is greatly appreciated. Its stopping me moving into my mums house who has recently gone into full time care.

    Hi,
I note that you're considering moving into your mum's house, does she own that house? If she does then you won't be able to claim for any help with the rent. Therefore it will just be a simple change of address for ESA and PIP.
Your housing benefit will end. You will need to make a new claim for Council Tax reduction.
