I was expecting a call from an ESA coach today but didn’t get one. Is there a reason for this ?

Hi there,

I was expecting a call from an ESA coach today but didn’t get one.  Is there a reason for this ?  It is a bit annoying as I waited in to speak to them but had it been the other way around and I did not answer my call. My payments would probably have been stopped.
please can you let me know why I was not contacted.

    No one here can tell you that, it would just be a guess. Have you contacted them to ask? Frustrating as it is, things do happen sometimes.

    Hi,
    We can only guess why you didn't receive the call today. No one here works for DWP. They maybe able to tell you if you ring them to ask but as you're ringing a call centre there maybe no information on the system to be able to tell you the reason.

    Hello @momatjax and welcome to the community :) As our members have advised, I know it's frustrating, but it's probably best for you to contact your ESA coach or give them a ring, just for some clarity. They might be able to investigate for you.
