    I put a message in my journal Friday and they contacted me today about whether I wanted full payment or installments and they are going to make the payment in 3 - 5 working days!

    I never heard anything about my backdated payments. I think it was day nine so i put a note on my journal to ask about the second letter. I then got a phone call to tell me that they were sending me over £4,000 which is now being used to adapt my home to make it safer for me
