Badly designed surveys are an irritating time waste, and all the more annoying because if, just once, a designer truly made any attempt to treat users as having worthwhile experience, it would be a welcome shock0

Hi @DavidFalmouthUni Is this the same survey as you posted previously, or is it a different one? I don't seem to be able to follow the old link any more.0

Hi Tori, The old link crashed and then deleted itself so I had to make this new one, if you can bare to do it again or share it with people i'd be immensely grateful

Hi Newborn, Its quite difficult to write surveys and I'm probably not very good at it either. Peoples experiences are fundamental, I'm after any insight, would you like to describe your experience in a message to me rather than the survey or an interview?

No problem @DavidFalmouthUni, I thought it might have been the same one I've moved it into our 'research and opportunities to get involved in' category.
Surveys can definitely be difficult to write. Is there anyone at your university you could ask for help, such as your personal tutor?events, research and opportunities disclaimer

Hi Tori, could it also stay in this section as well as its about mobility products? There are a couple of good questions in there that will elicit some revealing information.

We only really allow research to be posted in this category unfortunately @DavidFalmouthUni. Many members use the recent discussions page to navigate the community however, so any new comments on this thread will 'bump' the post back up0

It doesn't seem to work this way, people don't switch on their computer with the express intention of finding surveys to answer, and a whole section of surveys is not welcoming. People come across surveys in threads they are interested in or they are sent them and its dropped on their lap and then they decide 'why not?' (hopefully)
